Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Big Tall Shirts are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Pricing
Except where noted, otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself.
Possible VAT and custom fees are NOT included in the prices. You, as a consumer, are responsible for paying any additional VAT and custom charges upon delivery of the goods. The prices are subject to change due to circumstances that Big Tall Shirts cannot control, such as substantially increased fabric prices, currency exchange rates, shipping costs, import fees or VAT. Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by Big Tall Shirts.
Payment
You may select from the following options
* By VISA or Mastercard. No extra charges will apply.
* Via Paypal. Extra charges(7%) may apply.
The processing of your order will start after the order value has been paid. When paying via credit card the order value will be withdrawn directly.
Shipping and Delivery Agreement
Big Tall Shirts offers you the choice to select your preferred shipping option during checkout. Standard Delivery is normally shipped by airmail. We use EMS (Express Mail Service) International to ship items when this is selected. When it reaches the destination country, your country’s postal service takes over the delivery of the package to your address.
Customer can also select Expedited Shipping. This type of shipping uses Fedex or DHL to deliver the package to your doorstep. Big Tall Shirts reserves the right to select the type of courier to use depending on the fastest delivery time and shipping address location.
Post Office Box (PO Box) addresses and Military addresses cannot be used for shipments. Street addresses must be provided. Depending on the shipping method you selected, our custom made products are normally delivered within about 5-15 days, however the delivery time cannot be guaranteed. In certain circumstances, such as when fabric has run out, the dispatch time may increase by a couple of days. We always do our best to maintain the 5-15 days schedule and deliver our goods to your door as swiftly as possible.
Big Tall Shirts will not be liable for any delays in shipping due to any conditions beyond our control such as business or address being closed at time of delivery or the lack of signature or recipient, shipping stoppages, customs inspections delays, loss of shipment due to incorrect address and contact details. Packages sent back to Big Tall Shirts by your post office or Fedex/DHL, can be re-delivered to you the soonest we receive them but you agree to be charged with a shipping fee equal to the original invoice.
The cost of shipping of an order is included in the total price of the order but should there be any import duties in the port of delivery, this is the responsibility of the receiver. There is an exemption quota in most countries that allows some merchandise, depending on the value of the package, to be received free from taxes and duties. The exemption quota varies from country to country. For countries like United States, Australia, New Zealand, France, and UK, packages are received free of taxes and duties when the value does not exceed US$200. For other countries, please check with your local customs office. We will however do try to minimize this as much as possible by declaring the package worth a replacement value or you can request at sales@Big&Tall.com to declare low value in the shipping invoice. Generally this would not incur any customs duties.
Force Majeure
In case of force majeure, the agreement is considered judicially cancelled with neither customer nor Big Tall Shirts being entitled to any compensation. Big Tall Shirts considers force majeure as war, terrorism, strikes, legislative changes, natural catastrophes, the lack of on-time delivery by suppliers to Big Tall Shirts, and any other circumstances that are beyond our control.
INDEMNITIES
By using our website, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Big Tall Shirts and its owners, workers, and clients, and representatives harmless from all claims, demands, causes of actions, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to in any way to your use of this WebSite and/or the sales or services of Big Tall Shirts; your failure to comply with this agreement; and/or your violation of the rights of any third party.
Site Policies & Modification
Big Tall Shirts reserve the rights to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms of Use at any time.
